HR Generalist
We are looking for HR Generalist to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
Excellent in using MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving, critical thinking skills
1-3 years of proven Experience in the same field
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Market knowledge of recruitment sources, salary ranges and HR trends.
