Food Production Manager
Job Location - Dubai
Salary – AED 15,000 – 20,000

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
• Develop launch plan for the new products yet to enter the marketplace and execute them efficiently.
• Implement price strategy through estimating cost, roadmaps and releasing price list of the region in coordination and liaison with different departments, suppliers and clients.
• Review and assess raw material quality and suitability (taking in consideration of product specification and cost) along with QC, purchasing department, store and finance.

• Consistently review Quality, GMP and HACCAP requirements to ensure company performance standard are met/ exceeded.
• Ensure that overall unit functions in line with the food safety standards and general environment, Health and Safety rules.
• Assist business leaders for new markets through research, building contacts, strategic alliances & relationships.
• Provide guidance and evaluation of the market development team in the discovery and market commercialization of new product concepts.
• Determine budget, ROI, and key performance indicator definition to show the analytical leads and lags and measures of marketing success.
• Assist and build the product brand identity.
• Develop SOPs for Inventory control, production preparation, receiving of raw material, and delivery of finished products
• Manage the ordering of raw products, packaging materials, and production-related supplies.
• Schedule, monitor, and rotation of staff for optimal utilization of manpower.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology
• 10 - 15 years of UAE experience in the Food Production department out of which 7+ years should be as a Production Manager in Retail Fresh Food, Beverage industry
• Must have extensive knowledge of process controls, product flow, inventory control, quality assurance protocols, equipment optimization, and supply chain management.
• Must have Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018 documentation
• Must have Global standard Food safety training
• Should have Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification
• Must have HACCA Certification
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
