Roles and Responsibilities
• Utilizing logistics service providers, keep an eye on and oversee domestic shipments.
• Arrange shipment documents for Customs exemption for Company’s
machines and raw materials.

• Arrange the issuance for SABER certificate for all Import shipments.
• Organize an industrial license and submit applications for all relevant Senaei activation.
• Apply in Fasah for all shipments related activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and
cost optimization opportunities.
• Interpret trends and analyze and review data. Provide meaningful logistics
• information to other employees of the company to support cost reduction and customer support.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
• Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
• Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits.
Skills and competencies
• Strong communications skills.
• Capacity to multitask
• Knowledge of the KSA customs process.
• familiarity with the SAP B1 and Microsoft Office suites.
Education and credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or any relevant
major.
• 0 – 1 year experience with a background in Saudi customs and clearance.
