Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
Perform critical path analysis and mitigation planning.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Track progress, analyze variances, and prepare reports.
Utilize Windows Analysis (time-slice methodology) to evaluate delays and assign responsibility for impacts.
Apply various delay analysis methods such as Time Impact Analysis and As-Planned vs. As-Built.
Prepare and defend Extension of Time (EOT) submissions in compliance with contracts.
Review contractor schedules to mitigate potential delays and disruptions.
Integrate cost and schedule data to produce Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Planning Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Certification in project planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is highly desirable.

Expertise in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale, high-value construction projects.
Experience in luxury wellness or hospitality projects is a plus.

Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and reporting systems.
