Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reporting.
Troubleshoot shipping issues and support operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or related roles.
- Knowledge of international trade and shipping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
