Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, emails, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs
