Key responsibilities:
-Greet and direct customers.
-Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
-Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
-Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills along with active listening.
- Bachelor Degree.
- English Proficiency
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in the Retail industry preferably Home Appliances industry.
- Good speaking manners.
- Presentable.
