Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the approval process for insurance claims and transactions.
Coordinate and process client invoices and payments efficiently.
Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
0–3 years of experience in the insurance or customer service industry (preferred).
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive problem-solving attitude and a client-focused mindset.
