Local Buyer
A Logistics & Construction fast-growing Company located in 5th Settlement is hiring Local Buyer with the below Criteria:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree

- Experience 1-3 years of equipment, spare parts purchases
- Commercial awareness
- Interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiating
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situations
- Analytical skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Cairo Resident is a Must
Responsibilities:
- Identifying the organization’s purchasing needs
- Researching, selecting, and purchasing quality products and materials
- Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities, and delivery timescales
- Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders
- Updating inventory and managing stock levels
- Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
- Understanding the target market and analyzing trends in order to make informed buying decisions
- Coordinating with inventory team, management, and stock room
- Monitoring the stock quality and escalating any discrepancies to suppliers and management
- PRs. Quotation from suppliers, find new suppliers, invoices, receiving, SAP data entry, quotation comparison & purchases receive from supplier WHs.
KPIs:
- Compliance rate.
- Supplier defect rate.
- PO and invoice accuracy.
- Rate of emergency purchases.
- Supplier lead time.
- PO cycle time.
- Vendor availability.
- Cost per invoice and PO.
- Equipment cost 10% below budget in the prices section.
- Payment terms.
