Orient Group is looking to hire Foreign purchasing section head as the following details:
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Search about suppliers globally and arrange the quantities of the supplied materials timely according to business needs.
- Negotiate Payment Terms, Delivery methods & setting the required documentation for goods clearance.
- Follow-up on shipments arrivals and documentation receiving.
- Follow-up on the clearance procedures and ensure the arrival of the materials in good terms to the sites.
- Follow up bank payment affairs and orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Control department budget.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability to avoid any shortage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, logistics or any relevant field.
- Experience in the field of the FMCG industry for at least six years.
- Strong experience in customs clearance and purchasing procedures.
- Able to deal with MTS, ACID System, and new import procedures effectively.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication skills, time management, and cost-oriented.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Alexandria residency is a must.
