Job Description:
• Post job ads on various recruitment channels such as (Wuzzuf , Linkedin, Forasna, and Facebook).
• • Screen & Collect CVS from different recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews when requested.

• • Conduct placement tests to rate job applicant competencies and assess their suitability.
• Arrange and Schedule interviews with the Head of Department & HR Manager.
• • Send Job Offers to accepted applicants.
• Negotiate appropriate salaries with possible job candidates.
• • Conduct regular Salary Surveys.
• Write and update job descriptions regularly.
• Job Requirements:
• • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• preferred to have a retail experience
• • Preferred to work in recruitment agencies
• 1 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
• • Excellent command of English
• Excellent computer skills
