The position involves working as part of a Sales Team Lead to handle customer interactions and achieve sales targets. This role focuses on managing relationships with customers from initial contact through to the final purchase.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and make calls to achieve sales targets.
- Initiate and manage relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Lead customers through the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful purchase experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within an educational company.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with sales analytics and reporting is advantageous.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
Salary: Basic salary of 6000 - 8500 EGP, plus commission.
