Company: Cement/Chemical Products Trading Co.
Location: New Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Import/Export Operations: Oversee the end-to-end import/export logistics process, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all import/export activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics service providers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.

- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to reduce shipping costs and improve overall efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations.
- Documentation: Prepare and review import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, ACID number, and other required documents.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with international shipping, including delays, damage, and compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing third-party logistics providers.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
