Job Description: The Internal Auditor will conduct independent and objective assessments of the company's operations, financial reporting, and compliance with policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing risk-based internal audit plans to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identifying opportunities for improving operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and enhancing corporate governance.
- Preparing detailed audit reports documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Collaborating with management to address audit issues and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Providing advisory services and consulting on a range of business and compliance matters.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CIA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in internal auditing, public accounting, or a relevant control-oriented role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools and audit management software.
- Thorough understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and corporate governance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
