Job Summary:
As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, qualifying and closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. You will develop and manage relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and implement solutions that meet those needs while managing their expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Competitive Position Review: Review the company's competitive position and secure contracts with new accounts.
- Revenue Generation: Drive additional revenue and renewal opportunities through exciting enterprise accounts.
- Client Experience: Elevate the overall client experience.
- Sales Growth: Guide sales growth within existing business relationships and acquire new business opportunities within a defined business.
- Business Planning: Develop business plans, including sales planning/pipelines, and daily/weekly activities, and collaborate with related functions to meet assigned targets or quotas.
- Cross-selling and Up-selling: Cross-sell and up-sell across the line of businesses.
- Department Collaboration: Work closely and cohesively with various departments within the organization.
- Relationship Management: Identify new opportunities and maintain, develop, and grow existing and new customer relationships.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare presentations and proposals for customers, and attend meetings with clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare sales presentations and line reviews, delivering a complete package including pricing and promotions.
- Financial Assistance: Assist the Financial Department with purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Customer Understanding: Strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
