A highly organized and meticulous HR Specialist is required to join the Al Mashariq Group's expanding workforce. As an HR Specialist, you will have important responsibilities in managing various HR functions and acting as a key point of contact between employees and management.
Responsibilities:
Interviews should be scheduled and coordinated, and prompt communication with candidates and interviewers should be ensured.
Become a point of contact for the staff, and promptly and professionally address all of their questions, concerns, and requests.
Keep employee records and databases up to date, making sure that information is accurate and confidential.

Assist new hires with the onboarding procedure, making sure that all required paperwork is gathered and completed.
Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
Work with the HR team to set up and manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and other perks.
Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records, ensuring that employees are adhering to company policies and regulations.
Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, and suggest improvements when needed.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of prior experience in a comparable position.
good knowledge of employment legislation and HR principles and practices.
Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and set priorities.
strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
proficiency with databases and HR software.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
