𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

* 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 

( 1 - 3 Years’ experience )

Responsibilities:

- Deliver first-rate customer service over the phone, email, and chat.

- Respond to client questions and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Retain a high level of product expertise to properly serve clients.

- Collaborate with the team to improve client support processes.

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Proven ability to solve problems.

- Previous experience providing customer service is a bonus.

- The capacity to adapt to a changing work environment and function successfully in a team.

* 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 

( 3 - 5 Years’ experience )

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement sales strategy to hit and surpass goals.

- Use numerous methods to find and interact with prospective customers.

- Establish and uphold solid client connections.

- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

- A demonstrated history of success in sales.

- Effective negotiating and closing abilities.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Fintech and online payment expertise are a MUST.

* 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 

( 1 - 3 Years’ experience )

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

- Negotiate and close sales deals.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in Fin-Tech & Online Payment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 

( 2 - 4 Years’ experience )

Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market reach.

- Work together with cross-functional teams to promote company expansion.

- Research the market to find trends and business possibilities.

- Arrange and finalize cooperation contracts.

- Track and examine important performance data.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or related roles.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
