- Understanding of fundamental HR risk subjects, as well as familiarity with pertinent local HR/labor rules and challenges.
- Create and put into action HR strategies that support the aims and goals of the organisation.

- Manage the hiring and screening process by advertising job positions, looking over resumes, and holding interviews.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to promote employee growth and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health, retirement, and time-off.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in human resources or a related sector.
Experience Requirements:
- + 4 years of relevant experience
- Very good English
- Must live nearby or be prepared to move
