Main duties:
Personnel Customer Service |
Welcoming Clients in person according to Top Business standards.
Making employees feel welcomed and answering all of their inquiries, do all administrative tasks related to day-by-day plans
Receiving, organizing, and updating personal employee records, by saving relevant documentation (soft and hard copies) such as hiring, resignation, etc.
Handling and following up employees daily issues such as medical insurance and bank issues
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage the data filing system for all employees
Job Requirements
Good command of English in both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree
Very good communication skills & good user of MS Office
