Handling multi-disciplinary teamwork in order to maintain efficient data handling and progress monitoring, in addition to coordinating technical issues among external consultants and the in-house team to meet the project goals and providing periodical progress reports for higher management.
main duties and responsibilities
Prepare RFPs and Scope of Works for consultancy services.
Study and evaluate technical proposals.
Handle technical coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
Prepare periodical progress reports for higher management.
Carry out data analysis and technical presentations.
performance qualification
BA. Of Engineering (Architecture or Civil) from a well reputed University.
7 to 10 years of exp. for project engineer
10-15 years of exp as a Project Manager
With at least 4 years in the field of real estate development.
A diploma in Project management is a plus.
English fluency is a must.
Ability to handle multi-tasking roles and work with diverse groups.
