Cost controllers are responsible for managing the costs of producing goods and services, They work with a variety of different departments to ensure that production is happening as efficiently as possible, while also ensuring that quality standards are being met.

duties & responsibilities
- Collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
- Analyzing data collected and recording results.
- Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
- Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
- Assisting in Daily – Weekly - Monthly end close.
- Stock analysis all over the factory.
- Control all the industrial indicators.
- Manage industrial budget and follow up during the year with variance analysis.
Sales Follow UP
- Follow The Sales Volume Per Sales Organization and Chanel
- Calculate the Variances Vs. Target, Budget, Last Year
- Calculate the Average Sales Prices
- Analyze the Margin per sales organization and channel
- Analyze the Sales Per Van.
- Control the Branches (Sales Volume, Expenses, HC)
Marketing Follow UP
- Control Marketing Expenses Per Brand Vs. Budget
- Follow UP Marketing Expenses (Vs. Budget and LY)
Logistic Follow UP
- Control the Logistic Cost
- External rented
- Internal car Cost
job requirements skills and abilities
- 5+ years previous experience finance/engineering or relevant field in Cost Control System is a MUST.
- Experience with Accounting System, ERP Systems and cost and inventory systems.
- Have the knowledge of Costing concept.
- Should to have analytic Skills.
- Able to working on Manufacturing, Marketing & Logistic cost.
- Working on Budget and Forecast.
- 100% On Excel.
- Background of finance for P&L presentation.
- Certificates it’s a plus.
