Vacancy: personnel manager
Location: District 5
Part of the duties/ responsibilities:
* Handle all personnel activities (files, contracts, HR letters, employee data, leaves recordings, etc.).
* Handle the Payroll effects.

* Handle the travel both national and international per diem and expense calculation.
* Handle all contract issuing and signing processes and ensure that contracts are renewed or terminated within legal time.
* Prepare all the HR letters and bank account openings letters.
* Review and manage employee before and after hiring documents, including social insurance (from 1,6).
* Ensure that personnel-related files are archived (soft & hard copies) in an organized manner.
* Handle all the data entry, including employee data, promotions, transfers, and monthly attendance transactions on time.
* Make sure that all government employees’ records and personnel databases are up to date.
* Handle the outsourced staff contracts, renewals, and offers.
* Responsible for all public holiday announcements.
* Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
personnel manager Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 10-12 years of experience in personnel.
* Excellent in Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point).
* Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal.
