Job Description
Establishes and maintains company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), quality standards and deploys the quality audit calendar events to monitor & ensure the execution against approved standards.

Accountabilities:
SOPs Standardization:
1. Partners with the department managers to deep-dive, scope, build and agree on the related SOPs and specifications in the preparation to be reviewed and approved by the Quality Manager, GM, and Internal Auditing Director (corporate level).
2. Establish processes related to SLAs based on the approved SOPs to ensure internal and external customer compliance.
Compliance & Reporting:
3. Complies and consolidates the auditing results, identifies any areas of development, and recommends corrective & preventive actions to be presented to the top management in order for alignment and approvals.
4. Overseas the operational and financial audits across ALFA Scan branches over all functions related to the branch including (but not limited to) retail checklist, material consumption log, financial settlements, and overall branch outfits to ensure maximum compliance to ALFA Scan standards.
Quality Culture
5. Liaises with department managers and staff to agree and implement quality training plans, tools, and techniques in coordination with the HR Manager and the quality manager to enable others to achieve quality standards.
6. Keeps the management team abreast of significant issues, developments, actions pertaining to quality assurance activities.
Process Improvement
7. Studies, recommends, and leads process improvement initiatives in coordination with all concerned parties to enhance efficiency and customer-centricity.
Skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
A minimum of (7) years of experience in the field of Quality assurance in a Medical Health care – Hospitals
which at least (1) in a management position.
Professional skills in Arabic and English language both spoken and written
Professional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Strong PC skills in MS office and preferable SAP experience.
