Executive secretary is needed for Ahmed Hanafy group for investment and development

-Working hours:- 10:00 AM to :6:00 PM

-Job description:-
• Organize and filter all departments’ documents in professional way before director receives.
• Manage director's schedules, calendars and appointments.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
• Maintain office filing system.
• Assist Executive director in the administrative tasks.
• Responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system.
• Answers calls, takes messages, handles correspondence.
• Documents expenses and generates reports.
• Handling daily administration works.
-Job requirements :-
•Excellent MSOffice (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Degree in business administration or relative field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active and alert
• Presentable
• They must also be organized, able to multitask, detail oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Very good in English is a MUST
