💼 Your Role as HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our people operations. You’ll work closely with senior management to build and execute an HR strategy that supports both short-term needs and long-term growth.

You’ll also be directly responsible for leading a small HR team, optimizing our internal processes, and ensuring the best possible experience for employees across all departments.

Here’s what your day-to-day will include:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
Develop and implement clear HR policies, procedures, and systems that reflect both legal compliance and company culture.
Design and manage performance evaluation programs and employee development plans.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment, resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal standards, keeping all documentation and reporting up to date.
Oversee payroll operations, salary structures, and benefits administration.
Partner with leadership to drive organizational planning and workforce development.

🔸 Your Profile:

🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
📈 Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
⚖️ In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and practical experience handling compliance.
🧠 Strong understanding of HR best practices, especially around performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
🗣 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re approachable, organized, and solution-oriented.
💻 Proficiency in HR systems and software (HRIS, payroll tools, attendance tracking, etc.).
🕵️ A strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
