·12-15 Years of functional experience in reputed Companies, in the relevant Industry/Sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
·Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
·Follow-up and Consolidate the SKU wise demand for the next month to arrive at loading on each machine / line
·Assuring finalizing the schedule/sequence on each production line basis of dispatch priorities and minimum changeover/downtime requirements.
·Assuring RMPM availability for the above mentioned schedule & rearrange the sequence / product if there is any concern

.Check any other constraints of production (like project work, trials, etc.) on each line & incorporate the same in the schedule.
·Assuring Creating Final Production batches in SAP
·Link the production batches with Sales order for specific printing instruction to appear on batch ticket
·Analyze the Production Plan Compliance report of previous week & update the reasons for non-conformance in Unit Supply chain
·Supervising and assuring executing Purchase Strategy, Policies, Systems, Processes and Metrics as laid down by Central Purchase, in the Business Unit.
·For servicing the production plan of the business unit in respect of RM/PM.
·To establish MOQ’s for RM/PM and the reorder inventory levels based on lead times and consumption.
·To ensure call ups of centrally contracted Purchase Orders are as per production needs.
·Follow-up sourcing/selecting and negotiating with suppliers for local purchases including long term contracts.
·To optimize the service and quality elements of contracts, identify areas of improvement, engage pro-actively with suppliers and manufacturing to implement these improvements. Proactively engage suppliers on NPD for ingredients and recipe know how.
·To support initiatives of central purchase in vendor development and material specifications.
·Manage Marketing Invoices and finalizing on system
·Create Purchase Requests on SAP and Duration of Material ETA to Plant
·DFA Oil Handling with Supplier
·Oil Booking Mechanism with Oils and Fats Team
·Liquid Products Project Manager – Including Registration Phase, Material Acquiring and Handling Co – Manufacturer and Dispatching Dates.
