Export and CS Manager
We are hiring Export & CS Manager (6 to 8) years of relevant experience.
Export Roles & Responsibilities:-
·Achieving Monthly Targets along with Yearly PMS Numbers
·Quarterly business reviews to build better business & maintain Customer Relationship.
·Timely collection of payment
·Tracking GRV's within stipulated budget spend & Using trade budget effectively.
·Maintaining BDA’s with target stores on special visibility drivers.
·Strategic inputs for market wise target plan.
·Monitoring team performance & motivating and training the team for better performance.
Export and CS Manager |
·Compiling & analysis of sales data for Way forward plan & Forecasting. • Team management, Liaise with team ( ) on daily basis and Provide Training Session to Team for Best Practices and improved efficiency.
·Negotiation with transporter for fright managements
·Relationship Management – Internal and External
·Great Execution on Field and untapping new Opportunities by Competitor analysis and other tools
·Collecting customer feedback / Market research / competition activities. And provide to market for necessary action .
Oils import Roles & Responsibilities: -
-Monitor vessel planning
-Ensure all Documents are as per legal need.
-Work with shipping lined and coast agents for cargo Clarence
-Monitor import fright cost and insurance
-Lead RSPO audit agenda for IEG
CS Roles & Responsibilities: -
·Work with costumer, sales team and operation team to deliver the products
·Order ‘booking’ through ERP system
·Planning dispatch schedule, ensuring faster throughput
·Handling shipment advice and documentation
·Arranging Arabic border documentation with Ministry, custom and Municipality
·Custodian of Customer Master Management
·Generating Weekly Sales report
·Monthly reporting of Sales Forecasting, OTIF and Truck movement
·Supporting role in inventory management
·Supporting the management to minimize Inventory Obsolescence
·Handling and supporting the activities of direct reports during their absence
·Certificate of Origin registration with Ministry
·Handling customer complaints, coordinating with various departments for resolution
