For immediate hiring we need the following position :
admin assistant
• Key Responsibilities & Job Requirements:
1- Responsible for preparing communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
2- Previous experience in purchasing is needed
3- Knowing how to deal with government agencies
4- How to cope with contracts & renew rent contracts
5- Having suppliers database & maintaining contact lists
6- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
7- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Job Requirements & Benefits:
1- Graduates only can apply
2- Males only
3- Proven admin or assistant experience , must have a previous experience in the Corporate OR RETAIL field only
4- Should be presentable
5- Proficient in MS Office
6- English level: Starting from (Good)
7- 5 Working days & 2 fixed days off (Friday & Saturday)
9- 9 Fixed hours including 1 hour break
