Responsibilities:
- Generate potential clients with strong purchasing power.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads for potential clients.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and negotiation strategies.
- Represent clients' interests during negotiations and contract drafting.
- Oversee the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office.
