Job Opportunity: HR Specialist at White Night Food & Beverage
White Night Food & Beverage is currently hiring an HR Specialist to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Headhunt talent face-to-face, away from traditional recruitment channels.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers.
- Develop and conduct new employee orientation programs.
- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and issues consistently.
- Promote a positive work environment through communication and employee engagement.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and related inquiries.
- Support performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare reports and documentation for compliance audits and internal reviews.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Retail background is essential.
- 2-4 years of experience in Retail F&B HR is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Conditions:
- Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
- Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
- Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
