L'azure Hospitality Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Learning and Development Manager. This role involves managing, training, and implementing training programs, orientations, and other training-related activities for our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering the professional growth and development of approximately 500 staff and management members across L'azure Hospitality Resorts and Residential Buildings in Sharma, Neom, and AlUla.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and orientation sessions for all employees.
- Identify training needs and create tailored training plans to address these needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with operational goals.
- Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and facilities.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and management on training and development matters.
- Stay updated with the latest training and development trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a learning and development role, preferably in International 5 Star Hotels or Resorts Chain.
- Strong understanding of training program development and implementation.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and train a large and diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Technologically savvy with a good understanding of modern training tools and platforms.
