Training & OD Specialist
We are Hiring Training & OD Specialist in our company 30 NORTH – Thirty North LLC:
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees, including onboarding, compliance, leadership, and skill development.
•Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.
•Design and implement OD initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
•Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.
•Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training programs.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
•Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and organizational development, preferably in the F&B industry.
•Strong knowledge of training methodologies.
•Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
•Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Assist in all HR Functions.
Skills:
•Certification in Training & Development or Organizational Development is preferable.
•Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
•Knowledge of performance management and employee engagement Strategies:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
