Responsibilities :
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of sales activity, such as finding, attracting, and closing new business, as well as growing income from current clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and develop new leads to expand the customer base.
- Research and develop a comprehensive list of potential customers within the target market.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales support, and management to establish effective communication channels with customers, ensuring maximum sales opportunities for our products and services.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and relevant government regulations that may impact the target markets.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that can lead to valuable sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively closing sales in a professional manner.
- Create marketing and sales proposals that showcase the special qualities of our goods and services for clients.
- Actively participate in trade shows, user group meetings, customer presentations, and conventions to showcase our offerings.
- Investigate, create, and uphold both immediate and long-term sales targets.
- Regularly produce sales planning and forecasting plans.
- Stay informed about strategic plans and procedures
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data to contribute to product or service planning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Provide effective problem resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely sales follow-up.
Senior Sales Account Manager Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- plus 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver impactful sales pitches.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and present suitable solutions.
