Sales Manager (Cosmetics & Personal Care Products) Ref. - SM Cosmetics
Job Requirements
Min. 5-10 years of experience in a similar field (Cosmetics - Personal Care)
Significant experience in dealing with wholesalers and retailers in the field of cosmetics in all Egypt
Background in sales, marketing, and team management is a must
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Excellent computer skills.
Must have a car
Job Description (includes and not limited to the following tasks):
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and the sales team
Increase the company brand awareness and boost its presence in the market

Design, implement and execute a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and continually assess distribution channels. Develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as adding new accounts from all Egypt
Provide daily on-the-ground support and help close new deals
Cooperate with other services (R&D, production, supply-chain, RA, admin) to provide our customers with the best quality service and solutions, and increase the company’s revenue and improve image
Prepare and present sales activity reports to the management team.
Participate in the building of budget, sales target and business plan that meet the company’s objectives and strategy
Conduct market studies and participate in the building of the annual marketing plan
Provide competitive intelligence.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Contributing to the development of the company’s products and proposing new products needed by the local market
Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results
