For a reputable company in the retail business, specialized in sportswear and lifestyle apparel. Owns multiple stores chain, the Headquarter located in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt.
 Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources officer. The Human Resources officer will be assigned tasks for implementing HR policies, employee benefits, training programs, personnel management, and other hr function.

The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as job analysis reports, updating job descriptions, designing total rewards systems, performance management, and ensuring compliance with the company regulations.

 Qualifications:

- 0-1 year of experience in the same HR position.
- ⁠Fluency in the English language and Arabic language.
- ⁠Graduate and holder of university academic degree.
- ⁠Resident in sheikh zayed city or its surroundings.
- ⁠Has analytical and Personnel Management skills
- ⁠Experience in creating and implementing excel reports.
