-Lead the development and execution of the business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the fintech sector.

-Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to support the company's growth objectives.

-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology partners, regulators, and industry associations.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

-Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.

-Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

-Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.

-Stay updated on fintech regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate risks.

-Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
