Wadi Degla Clubs Company S.A.E. is now hiring "Partnership Key Account Manager" with the below responsibilities:

Job duties: 

1. Maintain contact links with current partners and sponsors to ensure their participation in WDC events and initiatives while managing a portfolio of their accounts.

2. Renew the partnership agreement.

3. Assisting the partnership manager with transaction closure.

4. Assist in coordinating the sponsors' advantages with internal stakeholders to make sure sponsors receive the services they need for the realisation of their commercial rights in accordance with the proposed solutions.

5. Responsible for working with the Partnerships Manager to renew the contracts with the current partners and for implementing commercial rights

6. Contractual responsibility for the implementation of each partner's sub-projects

7. Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential partners on the outside.

8. Assist the partnerships manager in securing and managing new business deals across a range of sectors. 

9. Responsible for the current partners' financials and the revenue targets collection in accordance with the Partnerships Manager.

10. Work with the Commercial Director and the Marketing & Partnerships Director to lead or assist certain projects relevant to the commercial department.

11. Responsible for the commercial rights presentations and current partners.

12. Shares responsibility for the quarterly, annual, and monthly dashboards with the Partnerships Manager.

13. Manage the budgets and schedules for the Marketing & Partnerships department and, if necessary, report them to the Commercial Director and Marketing & Partnerships director.

14. In charge of the Brand Protection SLA, the Partnerships' SOP & Policy, as well as any necessary supplementary documentation.

Job requirements:

1. An appropriate Bachelor's degree.

2. Have five years of expertise.

3. Effective written and verbal communication

4. Business strategy and report-writing skills.

5. Skilled in Microsoft Office programmes.

6. The capacity to manage several client accounts and establish rapport with important clients.

7. Outstanding leadership, collaboration, and negotiating skills.

8. Superior customer service abilities.

9. The capacity for data analysis and investigation.

10. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
