*Job Description:
-Make sure that communication between patients, their families, and the medical personnel is coordinated.
-Educate patients and their families on hospital services, protocols, and comments on their complaints and concerns.
-Refer patients to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
-Aid patients with issues related to hospital admission and registration.
-Honours requirements for patient loyalty status.
-Raise any issues with the service or client complaints with his boss.
- Verify that health and quality requirements are being followed.
-Answer patients' concerns about hospital services and make sure they are addressed properly.
