dejavu is announcing to hire a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Cairo

Job Purpose:

You will be dejavu In addition to providing professional and effective customer support while taking into account the agreed (SLA) and (KPI), an ambassador must answer incoming calls, resolve customer issues in accordance with high standards, fulfill customer requests, and respond to their inquiries.

What You’ll Do:

-Offer exceptional phone service, immediately resolve all customer complaints, and respond to all customer enquiries.

-Follow up on unanswered questions and concerns from customers.

-Maintain simple accurate and full information about the company’s products, promotions, and dejavu policy to fulfill customer needs.

-Escalate concerns or unresolved issues to the next level of support or concerned teams to take proper actions and maintain customer satisfaction.

-Assume responsibility for client problems and difficulties.

-Go above and beyond to satisfy customers.

-Take the necessary and suitable actions with regard to tools or systems in order to properly address customer requests or complaints and preserve the company's financial position by offering win-win solutions.

-Comply with agreed guidelines, policies, and procedures of all company departments

-Set reports if are requested by the direct manager

Competencies & Experience:

-Minimum one year of customer service experience preferably in a telecommunication sector or retail field with Excellent phone etiquette.

-Area of experience: Contact center – Customer service or relevant experience.

-Preferred New Cairo residence or nearby.

-University Degree is a must – Military Service.

-Exempted or completed for males.

-Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral), very good computer skills.

Very good communication and negotiation abilities. Capability to manage various tasks successfully in a changing environment.

-The ability to recognize the issue and choose the best course of action or direction to quickly resolve problems.

-The capacity to alter and meet the shifting demands of the workplace.

-Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
