Responsibilities:
• Manage Deliveries:
1. In warehouse ensure that receiving of goods is done in compliance to the SOPs using the Oracle WMS System and that put away and allocation transactions are properly registered in the system
2. In Stores ensure that receiving of goods is done in compliance to the SOPs using the SIM application and that variances between expected (invoiced quantities) and received quantities are correct
3. Transfer between stores: Ensure that Transfer between Stores (IBTs) are issued using the SIM application and that receiving at destination is done according to the SOPs and that transactions are reflected correctly in RMS
4. Transfer to Ecommerce partners: Ensure that any transfer to the ecommerce marketplaces (inbound or outbound) are properly recorded in the system and to support in performing the receiving based on the feedback of the ecommerce team
5. Return to Warehouse and: Ensure that return to warehouse (RTW) are issued using the SIM application and that physical dispatch to warehouse is done according to the SOPs for old seasons (leftovers) and damaged goods
• Inventory Stock take:
1. Receives the count schedule from the Inventory Admin
2. Ensures that transactions are managed according to the SOPs and that cut-off date is respected
3. Receives the count sheets and data from the count team
4. Support the count team with taking the Inventory Snapshot to prepare the SIM application for the count
5. Ensure that Count data is uploaded to the RMS
6. Generate the count results
7. Analyze the count results on Section & Family level
8. Send the count report results along with barcode level data to concerned stakeholders
9. Prepares and submit the deduction sheet and send it along the count results
10. Retrieve the approval of KSA team and post the count results accordingly
Monthly Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all inventory transactions pertaining to the period to be closed are completed
• Generate and share Stock on Hand Report by Season
• Generate and share Return to Warehouse report by store and brand
• Support in the preparation of aging provisions according the company SOPs if requested
• Submit consolidated inventory count report
• Works with accounting team to prepare the Reconciliation Report of Stock Ledger vs. Account Ledger
Quarterly Responsibilities:
• Supports in extracting reports for internal and external audit Ad Hoc
• Supports in extracting reports for special requests or projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes
• Must have Excel knowledge with ability to work with Pivot tables, VLOOKUP & sum if formulas, in addition to working with data management (Text to columns, special formatting, creating a CSV…)
• Works well with email and electronic calendars
• Oracle SIM preferred
• Oracle RMS preferred
• Oracle WMS preferred
• Oracle Fusion preferred
• Any other inventory application experience: SAP, Dynamics….
• Ability to communicate in writing in both English and Arabic
• Can reason over complex issues and identify root cause analysis
• Can work with numbers to perform an analysis covering weight, contribution, % change.
