We are looking for a customer satisfaction agent who meets the following criteria:
* A bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience are required.
* Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and handling abilities.
* Previous experience in Customer Satisfaction.
Responsible for the following:
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve issues in a professional and manner.

* Understand the wants and requirements of the consumer and give solutions that best suit their interests.
* When required, escalate consumer complaints to management.
* Make contact with previous customers to allow them to continue their studies.
*Meets the needs of existing clients who are about to cancel their services.
*Build relationships with existing consumers in order to retain them.
