A startup company is seeking a highly motivated sales development representative.
This position is 100% remote, with a full-time salary and an extremely generous
commission plan.

Objectives
● Represent our company’s products and services with enthusiasm and pride.
● Generate leads online and through cold calling
● Create and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales manager for the next steps

● Apply the company’s best practices to refine the lead-generation process
● Utilize CRM, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messages to generate new opportunities
● Verify prospects’ needs and qualify leads
● Establish credibility with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
● Set up meetings and calls between (prospective) customers and the sales manager
● Report to the Head of Business Development with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Requirements
● 1-2 years of sales experience, including cold calling, with a history of exceeding lead targets
● Fluency in English & Arabic is a Must
● Strong communication skills verbal and written
● Proven creative problem-solving approach
● Strong desire and ability to learn, develop, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with a SaaS company is preferred
● Prior experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving
sales quotas.
