Keys Recruiters is hiring admin assistant for one of our clients.
Responsibilites:-
- Typing documents, formatting, scanning, filing, faxing, sending couriers, printing, photocopying, and preparing presentations.
- Organizes and maintains clients’ original documents in safe and update the safe list of documents on Netdocs.
- Maintains calendar and manages schedule, including scheduling appointments. Prioritizing and coordinating meetings.
- Makes travel arrangements; all necessary requirements such as visa application, air flight, ticket, hotel accommodation and travel insurance.
Requirements: -
- Must be Excellent or Fluent in English.

- University graduate with Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-7 years of experience in similar position.
- customer care skills, problem solving, good communication, translating, and telephone skills.
- Excellent computer skills, using microsoft office applications.
working condition benefits:-
