Job Description:
-Handle the daily admin operations of the business like correspondences and mail arrangements.
-Greet, welcome, and direct SEOUDI Office vendors and supplies to the appropriate person and room.
- Maintain a procurement department calendar and schedule appointments.
- Ensure and coordinate Schedules for in-house and external events.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree.
