Seoudi Supermarket is looking for a detailed oriented and multi-tasker Front office to join our procurement team at el-Sheik Zayed.

Job Description:

-Handle the daily admin operations of the business like correspondences and mail arrangements.

-Greet, welcome, and direct SEOUDI Office vendors and supplies to the appropriate person and room.

- Maintain a procurement department calendar and schedule appointments.

- Ensure and coordinate Schedules for in-house and external events.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree.

-Fresh grades are welcome to apply.

-Strong ability to multitask.

-Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.

-Very good, and verbal communication skills in English.

-Strong communication, organization skills and, time management skills.

-Excellent ability to be detail oriented.
