Monginis Egypt currently has an exciting opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer - HAVC
Job Description:
• Evaluating energy consumption and making recommendations for improvements to energy efficiency.
• Designing new refrigeration systems or modifying existing ones based on client needs and available technology.
• Monitoring equipment performance, identifying potential problems with operation or maintenance, and making repairs as needed.
• Developing new refrigeration technology or improving existing technology to increase efficiency or improve the performance of the equipment.
• Conducting research on new materials that may be used in equipment design.
• Performing computer simulations to test new designs before building prototypes.
• Conducting research on the environmental impacts of refrigerants and other chemicals used in refrigeration systems.
• Working with contractors to install new equipment or repair existing systems.
• Recommending changes to company policies regarding refrigeration equipment use or other aspects of facility management to ensure safety.
job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with industrial refrigeration systems.
• Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with international refrigeration codes and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
