A leading company in construction, located in Cairo is looking for IT Technical Support.
About the Job:
• As a member of the IT Department required to oversee the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support.

• Assists in installing, designing, and configuring.
• Monitors usage to ensure the security of data and access privileges.
• Have ideas to Manage and administrate access control, fingerprint, and DVR System cameras.
• Performing routine audits of systems and software.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, etc…
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
job requirements needed:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science/Communication Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience IT Department
• Preferable study or certificates MCSE and CCNA
• Evaluates and implement new technologies, services, firewall Sophos, network, hardware and software operations.
• Strong experience in Microsoft technologies
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure when required
