Location: Sheikh Zayed
Job responsibilities:
1-Answer customer calls

2-Assist customers in sending or checking documents
3-Answer customer business inquiries
4-Handle customer complaints
5-Handle abnormal matters in the receiving
6-dispatching process
7-Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the courier, collect the business accounts, etc.
Job Qualification:
1-Bachelor degree or above
2-More than 1 year practical experience in customer service
3-Patient and stable, excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking skills, excellent communication skills.
4-Good English and Microsoft office.
5-Experience in customer service team leader and training is preferred.
