As Account/business development manager you will:
• Lead sales process of banking solutions in international territories.
• Identify and develop new business for new clients and partners in international markets.
• Create effective and specific international business development plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
• Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability.
• Plan and execute the whole sales process of selected solutions (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
• Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell activities directly or through partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of market needs.
• Proactive communication with customers on all levels (CxO, Retail Manager, Direct channels manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Board Members)
• Create and lead local and virtual sales teams.
• Monitor potential prospects.
• Create customer events for improving sales activities.
• Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned territories.
• Provide necessary sales support during the post-sales period.
Desired Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor/ Master's in a technical or business discipline (e.g., FER, FOI, EFZG)
We are looking for someone who has:
• 5+ years of experience in b2b it sales (Software Solution Sales, Account Management, Partner Network Cooperation)
• Knowledge of an international business development process (market segmentation, decision-makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
• Knowledge of banking solutions- desirable
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and achieving sales quotas
• Proven track of sales in the banking industry- desirable
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong good communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of work time)
