Location: Jeddah
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.1 Review and analyze the sales, compare them, find the reason for the increase or decrease and write a report with an action plan on how to improve.

.2 Supervise a minimum of two restaurants controlling Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
.3 Encourage managers to identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement.
.4 Plan for succession in the Area through the identification of individuals with potential for development and growth.
.5 Participate in the development and update of long and short term restaurant management sector strategic goals, objectives and plans.
.6 Establish formal and informal communication lines across the brand to allow prompt identification and resolution of problems that meet the achievement of strategic goals.
.7 Maintain and build the brand-customer base by ensuring that individual restaurants deliver the brand promise on a day-to-day basis, proper development and execution of marketing campaigns, and brand expansion internally or through franchising
