• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related subject is required.
• Work experience in a Professional Services firm is required.
• A minimum of an HR diploma is preferred.
• Proven experience as a human resources manager.
• Results-oriented and people-oriented.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee training and development programs.
• Maintain a record of employee performance.
• Keep communication under control and improve it.
• Organize and manage the company's culture.
• Establish a work atmosphere that is both safe and inclusive.
• Manage and supervise employee benefits and compensation.
• Deal with disagreements, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company's overall goals.
• Provide HR metrics to management as a decision-making tool.
• Invest in the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital to meet current and future company demands.
